    Hi,

Great post! Florence is a beautiful and amazing romantic city. I’m also thinking of doing almost this exact trip very shortly with my family. Do you think rail pass is a good option?

Hi! Love this post, I’m doing a study abroad in Italy May-June. Luckily, we have long weekends that we can use to travel wherever we want, and I have been looking at Eurail passes, but I’m still really confused on how travel days work. The pass says that I have unlimited travel in Italy but then also mentions travel days. I don’t want to spend the money on a pass then have to fork out extra money for tickets because I don’t have any travel days left. Any way you can clear this up?
    Thanks!

    • Hi! I don’t have much experience with this, but I don’t think it’s worth buying the pass if you are only going to be in Europe for one month. Usually with the pass you can travel a certain amount of times, but if you only have a few weekends free to travel I think it would be cheaper to just buy individual tickets where you want to go. Still do some more research to be sure!
