  1. Awesome list! And I’ve only done four of these so I have a way to go.. I’d add doing a group bus tour such as Contiki or Topdeck. I had the time of my life and met some lifelong friends when I did one in Europe in 2010.

    • Oh yes! I have to go on a bus tour still. I’ve done a group trip with G Adventures in Australia which was amazing. I’ve also hear the buses in New Zealand are great for young people

I know this is an old thread but how did you like the group tours?! I’m trying to plan my next trip and tours are great because they get a lot of activities/places packed in to a smaller time frame but I’m worried about being on someone else’s schedule and not getting a lot of those random serendipitous moments.

        • Hi Danielle! I think it’s totally personal preference. I like to go at my own pace and have “me time”, but if you want more of a social experience and less stress of planning activities for yourself, I think tour companies make a lot of sense 🙂

This is so spot on haha! I am doing a roadie in NZ which I think should also be added to the list… not quite the party type of trip but this place is truly an eye opener in terms of scenery! I’ve been here for 2 months and loving it. Heading to do some backpacking in Southeast Asia in February, another to tick off the list!

If there’s one place that deserves a spot on your fall travel bucket list, it’s New England. 🍁🍂

There’s a reason leaf peeping is practically a sport here! Winding country roads, covered bridges, ridiculously charming little towns, apple cider donuts, and fall colors that somehow look even better in person.

An autumn road trip through New England is one of those trips that absolutely lives up to the hype.

💌 Drop “FALL” in the comments and I’ll send you my complete New England fall road trip guide, including my favorite stops, scenic drives, and everything you need to plan your own trip!

There’s something so special about this season in the Cotswolds. Think charming little villages, cozy pubs, crisp morning walks, and scenery straight out of a storybook.

For every trip, travel guide and pretty photo you see, there’s a whole lot happening behind the scenes.

I’m constantly writing, researching, planning what’s next, running multiple businesses… and currently using AI to help build an entirely new website.

My AMD Ryzen AI-powered laptop has become the command center for all of it. I can have approximately 47 things happening at once (a conservative estimate), and it keeps up with the chaos.

Because ultimately, the goal is to spend a little less time behind the screen and a lot more time out experiencing the world. ✈️
